The long gold doors slid open before him.
There lied the throne of his king.
He kneeled before him as do all traitors do
His king rose and dispatched him of his pearly white wings.
Shamed and forgotten this tattered soul ventured forth
The pain in his soul only matched the scars of his past
The lies, the hurt, the tears, the sin
Only his king could forgive
Yet he cast them out...
